Can you ssee if my taxes were accepted or if im subject to audit

if you e-filed you should have gotten 2 e-mails.  the first would have told you if it was successfully filed. if it was, then you would have gotten a second saying accepted or rejected.   so what happened or did you mail it?  TT  gets no info about audits nor any info about mailed returns. 

an audit is different than a return that's being reviewed.  In an audit, the IRS would have sent you a notice and a request for documentation for whatever they were questioning. in a review, it's the IRS looking at your return and internally verifying certain info.   a review can turn into an audit. 

if your return has been processed, you should be able to review a transcript of it on the IRS website. if you mailed it, how long ago. the IRS is still way behind in processing those types of returns so they might not even know they received it - it's sitting in a mailbag somewhere at the IRS.
