Cannot download 2020 Tax Returns. Unable to fetch PDF is the error response when i click on Download/print return.

Unable to fetch PDF is the error response when i click on Download/print return.

Please try clearing your cache and deleting your cookies.

Please see these download instruction:

In TurboTax Online, sign into your account.
Select Tax Home in the left menu.
Scroll down to Your tax returns & documents.
Select Add a State (you're not actually adding a state, this opens the return back up)
Select Tax Tools on the left and then Print Center and choose the print center
Select returns and choose to print just the tax return or to include all worksheets as well.
