Cannot E-file return. Reason: At least two of the four withholding and wage amounts on W-2 statement have same dollar amount. All entered numbers on W-2s are correct.

Problem appears to be with state return. TurboTax does not support this information to be filed electronically. Why? Yet says I can print and file state return by mail.

I know of states that will not permit e-filing the state income tax return because state income tax withheld (and, perhaps, federal tax withheld) is identical on the same legitimately prepared IRS form W-2.

What state income tax return are you preparing?

You may have to paper file the state income tax return and electronically file the Federal 1040 income tax return.
