The account I previously used can't be accessed as I don't live in the USA anymore and my phone number is a different one. They asked me passport for verification but denied my submission. I am a foreigner and I need to get access to the turbotax account I filed my taxes on 2024 for the 2023 year. I don't have a drives license or a national ID. I must verify somehow and I can't connect to the customer service. Please help asap.
