I accidentally pressed checking instead of savings for my taxes to go into my direct deposit. what will happen? it says it was sent and everything but i put my account number as my savings and clicked checking

We can't say for sure if by selecting checking instead of savings that it will trigger anything. What we can say for sure is if there is an issue with the direct deposit, the IRS will mail you a check.
