Question
Chose to deduct my payment from refund. Was given two different reciept amounts and both deducted from my refund amount. How do i get the one amount put back on refund?
Browser kicked me off during efile. Was given an amount 323.00 refund and 167.00 charge. When I logged back in made me refile when i did this it deducted another payment from my refund and sent me a receipt for another 128.00. How do i get the 128.00 credited back to my refund
