Yes, you must file a DR104 to get the TABOR refund, but it should be on your Colorado return already.
Check line 34 of your DR104 to make sure that you claimed the TABOR refund with your state tax return. You should see $800, or $1,600 if a joint return, on line 34.
If line 34 is blank and you are a full year resident and at least 18 on December 31, 2022, you are eligible to get the TABOR refund. You can amend your 2023 DR 104, or file a 2023 PTC to get your refund.
