I filed on 1/23/24 and was accepted on 1/29/24. I also have the 570 code and a notice will be issued on 3/11/24. I’m glad I’m not the only one experiencing this. So it seems like everyone was randomly picked for an audit.. I pray everyone gets their return soon. And the wmr is not updating our information like they should be.

This is normal once the IRS attaches code 570 to your return. Cycle 570 means your refund has been held, or delayed, by the IRS for an unspecified reason and an unspecified period of time. This code is very common for early filers. Sometimes the IRS will ask you to verify your identity, or take another action, and sometimes, they will just release the hold.
