I received an email for turbo tax telling me my state refund was accepted on Feb 24, 2025. But, when I look at the department of Revenue where's my refund it says that my refund has not been received. So I'm confused to what is going on.

Colorado started processing tax returns very late this year.   See this TurboTax FAQ.  Refund processing time is determined by the Colorado Department of Revenue.

You can check the status of your refund on Revenue Online(opens in new window).  There is no need to login.  Simply choose the option "Where's My Refund for Individuals" in the box labeled "Refund Resources".  Then, enter your SSN or ITIN and the refund amount you claimed on your current year's COLORADO income tax return.  If you do not know the refund amount you claimed, you may use a Letter ID number from a recent income tax correspondence from the Department.

Make sure you entered the exact amount of your Colorado refund amount.

I did that and it says my refund has not been received but I received a email from turbo saying my state tax has been accepted and it shows accepted on turbo tax website but not on the Colorado department of  revenue website

Customer's are reporting up to a two-week delay between state acceptance for Colorado and the ability to track the refund (though it seems to vary somewhat.)   The site is updated nightly.  If you still do not see any change in the next few days, you may want to contact the state of Colorado Taxpayer Helpline at (303) 238-7378 to inquire on the status.
