Colorado TABOR refund for 2022
I didn't check the box for TABOR on my 2022 Colorado Tax return. Can I amend my 2022 return to get TABOR refund now (2025)? I understand that I have up to 3 years to amend my return. Thank you!
As long as you meet the requirements to receive the refund, then you can amend your 2022 return to claim it.
