concerned

i am just curious as to why my account has been charged for services when i have yet to receive my refund???? can you please take a minute and explain to me why this has happened? when i filed my taxes on 02/06/22, i requested that it should be taken out of my tax refund but instead you all still took it off of my card before i received any money.  i work for a living and every penny i make is already counted for and that really messed with my bill money! i am saying this in the most respectful way possible.  thank you and have a blessed day! i hope to be hearing from you soon, really soon. 🙂
