Good evening,

I had filed 2 weeks ago on turbo tax, and then I realized it had gotten rejected. So I refilled again, and I chose to file by mail and skip the question that was wrong (since it gave me the option.) it got rejected again apparently but it still says that it’s being sent by mail? I’m confused as to if it was canceled or incorrect again.

TurboTax does not mail your tax return for you. If you choose to file by mail, you have to print, sign and mail it yourself.

When you mail a tax return, you need to attach any documents showing tax withheld, such as your W-2’s or any 1099’s. Use a mailing service that will track it, such as UPS or certified mail so you will know the IRS/state received the return.

When you mail your tax return, wait about 4 weeks and then check the IRS site:
