Connecticut Confirmation Number

I filed the 2019 CT return electronically through Turbo Tax.  The Turbo Tax Software says it was accepted by the state, but the State website says it was not processed and asks for a confirmation number. 

Is there a way to get the confirmation number to verify it was sent.

I just want to make sure because I paid to e-file it with turbo tax's software. If the state did not get it, I would like to just file it through the state's website, but I would think it would be fair to ask for a refund of the fee from Turbo Tax  if it did not actually get e-filed through the software.
