For clarity, TurboTax did not do your taxes. TurboTax provided you the software so you could do your own taxes. Now, what tax year is the CP2000 notice for, and did you purchase audit defense for that tax year? If you didn't purchase audit defense for the tax year in question, then what does the CP2000 notice say?

I received form cp2000 for 2017 taxes.

saying my taxes were filed wrong and I owe 7,824.

I purchased audit defense.

Who/how do I contact turbo tax about this?
