Credit Karma banking option

So I filed on January 20th and both my federal and state was accepted on February 10th. I chose the option to get my refund deposited in the credit karma debit card you guys offered. For weeks the app had a thing under the my spend account balance saying my return was accepted and on its way. Checked the app this morning and that thing is now gone and my spend account is still empty. Where did my refund go? Like how does that even disappear if I never received it. I have been using turbotax for years with no issue until now. I feel like I've been dupped and not sure what to do. This is utterly ridiculous and everyone else I've talked to who did this is having the same issue. What is going on?
