Credit Karma/Cash App Tax account opened in error.

I created an account with Credit Karma/Cash App Tax in error when trying to get a “direct deposit” for my refund.  When I contact Turbo Tax for help, they send me to Credit Karma and they send me to Cash App Tax. Cash App Tax has no support or help I can find about an account outside of their automated support on their app which gets me nowhere!  Anyone know of a way to get to the right people to make sure any account opened in my name is cancelled?  (The recommend button for a direct deposit using Credit Karma should be changed and made much clearer in my opinion. A “debit card” from Cash App is not a “direct deposit” in any traditional sense. Be warned!)
