Delay in processing. No code

I filed my taxes and it was accepted and now I just get an exclamation point with a message saying delay in processing your return. Not to call them or nothing. Is anyone else getting this?

    Mine says the same thing and if I a question to call. Idk what it means and I cannot get through to a person when I call the irs number
