The IRS website said my refund was sent to my bank 8 days ago and my bank has no record of the refund, I was told to contact y’all to get this resolved. When should I expect my refund?

If you used refund processing (had your fees for TurboTax paid for with your refund), SBTPG (Santa Barbara Tax Products Group) will process that transaction (deduct the TurboTax fees, then transfer the payment to your bank account). If that is the case, you can track that process by clicking here. If you would like to contact them directly, please click here. If you did not use your refund to pay for TurboTax fees and your refund was to go directly to your bank account, then you will need to contact the IRS to find out what happened with the deposit.
