I'm separated and did not make enough money this year to file taxes but the other parent is claiming them as dependents even though I have them 100% of the time. What do I do?

If you are the custodial parent, as far as the IRS is concerned, you are the one who can claim the children as dependents.  You should qualify for your own stimulus check of $1200; each child under the age of 17 that you claim should be $500 stimulus.  Claim them and let the IRS sort it out.  Eventually---they will.
