Did anybody received there state yet? For some reason mine is still processing and it’s going to take three months to receive?

A lot of people have received state refunds, and a lot of people haven't.  

The biggest factor is "what" state it is.  Some states are quick with refunds, while some states (such as GA, CO, WV, LA, and others) can take a long time--even several weeks--as they crack down on fraudulent returns.

Some of the things below you've probably already tried and know.  I mention them here since other people will likely see this thread.

If your state refund is taking a long time, here are some things to check.

If you efiled the state return, use the tool below to be sure the state return was successfully efiled and accepted:

If that confirms it was accepted, or if you mailed the state return, then here's how to check the status of a state refund. 

TIP:  While you are at the state tax website, see if they have a notice or FAQ on how long it usually takes to get a refund in your state and how long to wait before calling them.  If it's gone longer than usual for that state, phone the state tax agency and inquire about the delay.
