Did I sign up for direct deposit of my refund.

You can verify how you are receiving your tax refund by reviewing your printed tax return and confirming if you entered your bank account information on your Form 1040 under the Refund section (Line 21a). 

If you do not see any bank account information listed, you will receive a paper refund check from the IRS.
