Did my federal amount owed get paid for from my Colorado refund? If so, can I get receipt of that payment?

No, you cannot pay your federal amount due with your state refund. When you submitted your return you would have had to choose how you wanted to pay your federal tax due. If you chose to mail a check you would still need to mail the check.

You would need to contact the IRS to determine if you made a payment in another form, however, if you did not make any type you will need to do so before the April 18th deadline.
