This is a user to user forum, no one here would know if your went through.  Did you go all the way through the File section until you get to an Orange button, which states Transmit My Returns. You need to click on that button to transmit your returns.   You can check your e-file status, to see if your returns have been accepted, rejected, or pending.  See the following:

If you are referring to a tax refund.  You can check the status of your Federal refund on the IRS website,  Where's My Refund, updates only once a day.

The IRS states that most taxpayers will receive their refund within 21 days (business days) of when their return was accepted, as long as you have e-filed, choose direct deposit, & there is no errors in your return.  States differ when they issue refunds.
