Did not receive letter from IRS

I only got half of the refund from IRS Federal. When I check the status on their website it says that "We received your tax return and it is being reviewed. You will receive a notice from us requesting you to provide additional information within 30 calendar days. You may not receive all or part of your refund until we receive and review the information we requested. If you need more information after you receive our notice, call the number on the notice."

But I have not received any letter yet. I could not find that letter anywhere on the website and when I call them I get only automated response and no customer\real person support (may be because of Covid-19 situation). Can someone guide me what to do now?

Unfortunately, there's nothing for you to do at this point -- you're pretty much at the IRS' mercy.  Unless the IRS requests specific additional information from you, there is nothing that you need to -- or can -- do.

And, as you suggest, with the Coronavirus issue, you really shouldn’t expect a swift resolution.

During return processing, the government reviews your return and, during this review process, it looks for math errors on your return, which are very rare in TurboTax.  If they need to make any corrections, they may reduce your refund or, in some cases, even increase your refund.

Once that's done, the IRS will approve your refund, which will mean that it's ready to be deposited or sent.  At that point, the IRS site will update with your direct deposit date, if that's the method of refund that you requested.

It's possible that, if you have a refund coming and are in dire financial circumstances, the IRS's Taxpayer Advocate Service could be of assistance.

Please see the TurboTax Help article How Can the Taxpayer Advocate Service Help Me? for information.
