Did Not Receive My Federal Refund

Where is my Refund? IRS says they sent my to my bank Nov. 1st but my BoA doesn't show any transactions in the amount of my Federal Refund. I just need to get a hold of someone from TurboTax to verify my banking info and rectify this issue. It appears Turbo Tax also hasn't made any transactions to pay for me filing because it's supposed to come out of the Federal Return. Someone please assist, it's been over a month now and I am beyond worried Turbo Tax took all of my money.

If you requested to have the TurboTax account fees deducted from your federal tax refund, the IRS will send the refund to a third party processor to have the fees and the service charge deducted. The third party processor will deduct the TurboTax fees plus the service charge and then attempt to direct deposit the remaining refund balance into the account that you entered on your tax return.
