After being very patient I received the wrong amount of refund in my account a 3rd of my refund is missing I checked for off sets and have none. I paid to get my refund in 21 days and it has been way over 21 days and now we have this issue of a portion of our return is missing, something to do with TPG?

Been doing my taxes with TurboTax for like 9 years now what is going on?

Call, post on Facebook and Twitter, instagram etc because no one is helping and they blame the irs but everyone is pointing at TPG bank in Santa Barbara.

I just got off the phone with the irs, I was able to get through by using phone prompts that I want to set up a payment.

I just got off the phone with the IRS. They told me TPG had their bank account numbers take $1368 of my refund, then my bank account numbers took 4138.11. The irs issued me $5506.11.  The irs stated this is how I had my refund set up, which is insane. Id never in my life set up my account for Turbo tax to steal that much. They said I owed no debt I already paid it off.

They told me to file form for tax preparation fraud form 14157a

So I'm filling that out now.

This TPG thing happened to me too. I’m not getting my full refund back that turbo tax stated I am suppose to get. I’m not quite sure why or how I can fix this.

In this public forum, we cannot diagnose why your refund has been reduced.  For additional information, please see this Help Article or this TurboTax blog post.

I amended my taxes and now I go into the turbo tax app and it says I received more then what I did for the first one. They better fix it before they send only 980 out bc I was shorted 610 if I’m looking at this right and I don’t even know who I would talk to about this

I am missing my money as well! This is unacceptable. I am missing more than $1000.

If your refund was adjusted, you would receive a letter from the IRS discussing the reason it was changed.

I thought so, but I did not receive a letter from the IRS, so I’m not really sure what to do.
