Question

Didn’t include EIN on Schedule C

I recently discovered that in the 2018 calendar year I applied an EIN and used it to receive payment for once (I’m self-employed), and totally forgot it when I filed my tax return. That means on my schedule C I put all my 1099-misc income only under my SSN and didn’t include my EIN there (which I should). I’m worried if that will be a problem and if I should file an amend form to fix it?

Adding the EIN to the Sch C is optional not mandatory.  Any income reported using the EIN automatically is married to your personal return.  You have NOTHING to amend.
