Direct deposit refund has no been recieved. I filed over 5 weeks ago and have not gotten my return. on turbo tax it says "ready to mail" but i didn't request that.

Sorry but Ready to Mail means you have to actually print out your tax return and mail it to the IRS yourself. So it has not been filed yet. You can try to switch to efile https://ttlc.intuit.com/replies/3985787

why did turbo tax ask for my bank account number if it was not electronically filed?

That is the step before filing. You had to continue on to the very end.

You charged me 2 times$144.00 in march and may again for $144.00 and still never got my efile.
Why do you keep taking moneys out my account for all these taxes efilled i mailed them and nothing no money deposited in my account like i paid for two times.
Whats going on there take peoples money and do nothing .your steeling my funds this is robery i want my funds returned asap

It was an efile and been months no money but you took 144 again and no efile.2016 either just robbing my money for years.i will sue you....

Call in for a refund. When you fill out the form use the word BILLING ISSUES instead of the word “refund.” Contact Customer Service 7 days a week 5AM-9PM Pacific time
