Do I file taxes even though I don't make money or work?
Turbo tax keeps giving warnings about "avoid IRS penalties". Should I be concerned about this?
If you had no income you have no reason or requirement to file a tax return. It sounds like you have an old online account that is triggering marketing emails as the tax filing deadline approaches.
