No one else can see your tax return. You have to look for yourself to see if you are getting a refund. What does it say in your account? What do you see on your Form 1040? Do you see a federal refund on line 35a? Did you print your returns to look at them?

Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the screen. Click on Tools. Click on View Tax Summary. Click on Preview my 1040 on the left side of the screen.
