Do I have to still mail payment coupon for Indiana State and copy of taxes if I will be paying electronically?

At the end before e-filing, it stated to print necessary forms for IN state.  It was only the payment coupon.  I set up to pay from my bank account electronically.  Do I still need to send the payment coupon in and if so do I send a copy of my taxes with it and how do I show the payment is being made from my bank account?

Also, I received emails that both my Federal and State returns were Accepted but is still showing Pending in Turbo Tax.....when should this be updated as its been over 5 days now since I e-filed.

Better double Check the printout or PDF of your return; look for the state cover sheet with the Turbotax logo.  If you owed tax, it will show the payment information and how/when you decided to pay.  Read the state payment instructions carefully since most states cannot be paid from within the TT system and requires additional steps.

This still wasn't very clear. Specifically, the instructions show it is being deducted but the end of the turbotax filing mentioned that I needed to print a bill stub and mail a check.

If your paperwork shows direct debit is selected, you are in good shape. Some states had some issues with direct debit earlier in the year and there is some carryover. It looks confusing to you but we understand the debits are coming out as they should. It may not come out on the date selected, that is just the earliest they can deduct the income.
