Do I need to amend my federal and state taxes if box 19 (local income tax) was the only change on my W-2c?

Obviously I need to amend my local taxes. Turbotax had me punch in the amount in box 19 (W-2) when I filed my federal taxes, which is why I wasn't sure if that had to be updated.

No, you don't need to amend the federal and state tax returns since nothing was changed in those returns. If you are mailing your local return as most people do, send an amended corrected form to the local tax bureau.
