Solved

Do I need to amend my tax return form if I received 1095-b and 1095-c forms from an ex-employer last year? I have already filed and received my tax return.

Forms 1095-B and 1095-C are not entered on a tax return.  You keep those forms with your personal records for the proof of insurance.
