I already filed tax return in March 2024 and got accepted. Now I got W2C form for 2023 from my employer and only correction moved the amount reported in Box 12 (W) to Box 12 (DD) for around $113 which doesnt change my refund amount or my taxable income.

Do I need to file the amendment for this W2C Corrections from my employer?

Given the facts  as  iterated in your post --- I would hold still.  Generally  if the  tax liability does not change  ( Fed / State / FICA etc. ), then an amended  return is not essential.  Of course there are "ands. ifs  and  buts" to this.  However, given that your change is  only to  Box 12,  it would be safe to hold still -- if IRS wants more info , they will send you a note.
