Do I need to buy 1099 misc forms or does Turbotax print IRS valid forms?
When you e-file the 1099 the program allows you to print valid forms that you can send to your contractors and keep for your records.
If you opt-out of the e-file option then you must purchase IRS Ready forms and mail them into the IRS.
