Do i need to file taxes if i don't have a SSN and i receive interests every month?

what is your residency status in the US? if you need to file you need either an ITIN or SSN. an ITIN application can be filed if you need to file. s of now you have not provided enough info for us to know if you need to file or what form to use 1040 or 1040-BR. Turbotax does not do the NR.

I am on F-1 visa. I have received 1042-S form from the bank

If you are a US non-resident (which includes F-1 students), then you must file a US non-resident tax return to report and pay tax on all your US-source income (income that is "effectively connected" to the US).   

 

Turbotax does not prepare non-resident returns, they usually suggest Sprintax.
