Question

Do I need to mail amended return?amended return in March. The amended federal return was accepted, but still no refund. Searched wheres my refund, not found.

Expecting a large refund for solar installation. 
If it was accepted why is the refund status not showing in wheres my refund?

Do not expect quick results from amending. It can take four months or more for the IRS to process an amended return.
