Question

Do my CA state taxes have to be filed in order to receive stimulus check?

My federal e-file was accepted and my federal refund is pending, however, I was wondering if the stimulus can be delayed because I haven't submitted my state taxes?

Home screen says Federal E-File: ACCEPTED and CA Sate: STARTED

*Note: I don't need to file taxes and I used TurboTax's stimulus registration.

No, state taxes do not affect the stimulus payment. Please check stimulus status at IRS Get My Payment.
