I do not want to file my taxes with you guys

Have you started filing with Turbo Tax yet? If you have not submitted your return(s) to the IRS, you can just abandon the account. If you don't feel comfortable leaving your information there you can follow the instructions in the link below to Clear and Start over (but you won't start over). Using Clear & Start Over in Turbo Tax Online
