Do we need to wait until tomorrow to submit return or can submit it today?

You can e-file now if you want to---it will just sit on the server for awhile.   But before you click that orange button to file it----be SURE you have entered all of your W-2's, 1099's, dependents, etc., etc., etc. because once you click that button you cannot get it back to fix mistakes.
