The Refund Advance is basically an advance for a portion of your anticipated refund based on the full refund that will be issued by the IRS. You will first receive the Refund Advance portion on your Turbo Visa Debit Card, if you are approved. The remaining portion of your refund (minus any TurboTax fees) will be loaded on the same Turbo Visa Debit Card as your Refund Advance, typically within 21 days from IRS acceptance.
