Does anyone know how to file electronically if you mailed the forms and have not received refund in a month

You don't want to e-file if you have already mailed your returns. This will confuse the IRS, and it will delay your refund. On a paper-filed return, it can take up to six weeks to receive your refund. Please check the status of your refund here.
