Does stimulus submission accepted means your actually accepted so does it mean the irs has accepted the info .. I'm very confused on whether I'm getting a dd or not

Yes, since your stimulus registration has been accepted you should be getting your qualifying payment via direct deposit. Please view this IRS link and use the Get Your Payment application, available mid-April, to check the status of your stimulus payment.
