Does turbo tax premiere have the capacity to download investment information as it did in previous years?

Interesting....I've been locked out of Turbo Tax for 7 days and no one at Turbo Tax can figure it out. A Supervisor told me that it is not capable of this option - I will have to put everything in manually....after many years of using Turbo Tax...this may be my last year using this software. The "agents" - although nice, have no clue what is going on with the software....
