Does TurboTax have a place/notification where I can confirm the IRS received the payment of the taxes I owed?

I have never had to pay before so I am not sure what it looks like, does TurboTax give you some sort of confirmation that your payment was received by the IRS?

No.  Your bank account or credit card is your only proof of payment.  You only get an email when the IRS accepts your return.  The IRS does not open until Feb 12 this year.
