Does TurboTax send partial refunds through their bank to yours, then the IRS deposits the rest? I received a partial refund. Is the IRS sending the rest?

If you requested that TurboTax take your fees out of your refund then what happens is - your refund is sent to TurboTax, TurboTax takes your fee out, TurboTax sends you the rest of your money.

If the IRS changes your refund to a different amount because they changed something on your tax return TurboTax won't know anything about it. TurboTax just gets sent what ever the IRS sends. If the IRS changed your refund you should get a letter within a few days explaining what they changed and why.
