Doing my taxs & last rtn for deceased (2017) dad. Both used TT Deluxe last yr. Now own 50% of dad's house (diff state) & pd prop taxs. Is Deluxe still best for both rtns?

Yes.

TurboTax Deluxe will still work for what you have listed.  I am old school so I like the CD/Downloads especially when you are doing multiple returns.

TurboTax Deluxe, Premier, and Home & Business software lets you prepare and paper-file as many state returns as you want. However, you can only e-file returns in up to three different states for each federal return you prepare. The rest will need to be paper-filed.

When you file your final return, make sure you check the box that says "this person passed away" so the IRS will close out the social security number to prevent identity theft.
