Double charged

When going to make a payment toward my taxes the payment of the first card indicated an error so I processed it with another card. Minutes later I received a notification of both cards being accepted what that being said I’d like to know if I was double charged and if that did occur how do I go about refunding one of those payments ?

    To contact TurboTax customer service/support use their contact website during business hours. If the problem concerns any type of refund for fees, use the key words billing issues and do Not use the word Refund or you will get a phone number for tax refunds.
