Downloading previous year (2021) taxes

I filed my tax using the desktop app and never got a chance to save it to a pdf file. When I open the app now, it asks me to download state taxes again. I tried online (turbotax.com) and it gave me an empty year tax form for last year. How do I get the pdf file or get the app to open a .tax2021 file without having to pay for states again?

I downloaded my new 2023 Premier turbo tax software, on my new Dell desktop, windows 11 computer, when I downloaded 2022 on my old computer last year the previous year information was downloaded, this year that did not happen and I have not been able to get it. I have a copy of the previous year return on my desktop.

Do you have the 2022 tax data files from the old computer installed on the new computer where you installed the 2023 software?
