My e filed  return was rejected by the IRS. Turbo tax count this as a filed return. Why? Turbo Tax is not responsible and not customer friendly anymore.

The IRS counts that as one eFile even if it then gets rejected.  There is nothing TurboTax representatives can do to change that rule.

I am sorry, but your answer is not correct. A filed tax return means (as per the IRS) that it was filed with the IRS and they have a record of filing. A return that was transmitted by Turbo Tax and not accepted by the IRS means that it was not filed.

Your tax program advertised that you are allowed 5 filed tax returns, NOT 5 transmitted returns.

    Thank you
